José Eliceo Ventura owns a small farm, where he grows Catuai and IHCAFE 90 varieties on about 1.19 hectares of land. The coffee is harvested ripe and de-pulped the following day, then fermented dry for 24 hours. It's placed in solar driers for about 30 days to dry.
