• Able to perform moderate physical labor for loadings, lift 50 pounds.
• Engage with customers and understand their needs.
• FL Drivers license with clean driving history.
• Barista experience is preferred.
• Reliable transportation required.

Coffee Roaster

Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and monitor each roast, making adjustments to roaster settings as needed to ensure roasting quality standards
• Fulfill e-commerce orders.
• Wholesale order deliveries.
• Work in a small team environment.
• Communicate with online customers and wholesale clients.

• Previous barista or coffee background preferred.
• Able to perform moderate physical labor for loadings, lift 50 pounds.
• Detail Oriented.
• Ability to multi-task.
• FL Drivers license with clean driving history.
• Reliable transportation required.
