Refund policy

Coffee & Perishables

Because our coffee is roasted fresh to order, we’re unable to accept returns on opened or unopened bags of coffee, tea, or other perishable items.

If your order arrives incorrect or damaged, please contact us at billing@kingsarmscoffee.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll replace it or make it right.

If you’re not satisfied with the taste, our team is here to help with brewing guidance or recommend another coffee that better fits your preferences.

Merchandise & Equipment

Non-perishable items such as merchandise and brew equipment may be returned within 14 days if unused, in their original packaging, and in sellable condition.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once inspected and approved, refunds are applied to your original method of payment.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards

  • Digital/downloadable products

  • Gift subscriptions

  • Opened or used coffee bags (see above)

Refunds

Once your return is approved, we’ll process your refund and notify you by email. Refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive store credit for the value of your return once received. If the gift was purchased and shipped to the giver, the refund will be applied to their payment method.

You are responsible for your own return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
